Questions
Is ceramic coating or PPF better?
They do different jobs. A ceramic coating adds gloss, makes cleaning easier and resists minor swirls; paint protection film (PPF) is a thicker film that physically shields paint from stone chips and scratches. Many owners use PPF on high-impact areas and a coating elsewhere.
How long does car paint protection last?
Roughly: wax or sealant lasts weeks to months, ceramic coatings one to a few years, and PPF five years or more — depending on the product, the prep and how the car is cared for.
