On any vehicle page, you can reach the dealer via WhatsApp, email, or phone. You can also submit an inquiry directly through the platform, and the dealer will get back to you.
Yes. Tap the heart icon on any vehicle card to save it. You can view all your saved vehicles from the Saved page in your profile. You will need to be signed in to save vehicles.
Flash deals are time-limited discounts offered by dealers on select vehicles. They appear on the Deals page and on vehicle cards with a countdown timer showing when the offer expires.
We partner with licensed financing institutions to help you get pre-approved for vehicle loans. Visit the Financing page, fill in your details, and a financing partner will reach out to you with available options.
The financing calculator gives you an estimate of monthly repayments based on the vehicle price, your down payment, and the loan term. It is for illustration purposes — actual terms are determined by the financing partner.
Yes. We work with insurance partners who can provide you with motor insurance quotes. Submit an insurance inquiry from the Insurance page or from any vehicle detail page, and a partner will contact you.
Submit your current vehicle's details — make, model, year, mileage, and condition — along with photos on the Trade-In page. A dealer will review your submission and provide a valuation estimate.
The dealer reviews your vehicle details and provides an estimate. You can accept the estimate, decline it, or submit a counter-offer. Once both parties agree, the dealer will arrange next steps.
On a vehicle detail page, tap 'Request Test Drive' and choose your preferred date and time. The dealer will confirm, reschedule, or decline the request, and you will be notified of their response.
Yes. If a dealer proposes a different time, you can accept, decline, or suggest an alternative. You can also cancel a confirmed test drive from your inquiry detail page.
Verified dealers have been vetted by our team for business registration, legitimacy, and customer satisfaction. Look for the verification badge on dealer profiles and vehicle listings.
Garisea is a dealer-focused marketplace. If you are a registered dealer, contact us to create your store. For private sellers, we recommend working with one of our verified dealers to list your vehicle.
Dealer ratings are based on reviews submitted by customers who have interacted with the dealer. Each review includes a star rating and an optional comment. The overall rating is the average of all published reviews.
Tap 'Sign Up' and enter your name, email, and password. You can also sign up instantly using your Google account. We will send a verification email to confirm your address.
Yes. You can sign in with your Google account using the 'Continue with Google' button on the sign-in or sign-up page. If you are a returning user, you may also see a Google One Tap prompt.
Go to Profile > Change Password. Enter your current password and your new password. If you signed up with Google, your password is managed through your Google account settings.
Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. For email accounts you will need to enter your password. For Google accounts, type DELETE to confirm. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
