Yes. Once your account is approved and your first cars are live, you can start a 30-day trial of a paid plan (Starter, Growth, Professional or Enterprise). Each account gets one trial, ever, and it comes with trial credit in your wallet to try promotions. When it ends you choose a plan to subscribe to, or your account carries on with the Free plan — unlimited listings, no expiry.

The lead still reaches you — it's never blocked. Its contact details stay hidden until you buy a lead pack or upgrade, and new credit unmasks your oldest waiting leads first. Leads on a car you're promoting with a boost, flash deal or search ad always arrive unmasked and don't use a credit.

No. Garisea takes zero commission on vehicle sales. Buyers deal and pay you directly — the price you negotiate is the price you receive.

Plans are paid from your Garisea wallet, monthly, or quarterly or annually where a plan offers it, at a lower monthly rate. Your wallet is charged on the renewal date; if it's short, you get 7 days to top up before the account moves to the Free plan. Turn off auto-renew any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Your first paid plan has a 7-day cooling-off period: ask Support within 7 days for a full refund to your wallet.

Yes. Higher plans include branches and staff seats for your team — the Compare plans table shows how many. A group running several franchise dealerships can share one Distributor Group plan billed once from a single wallet — contact us to set it up.

Yes. Upload videos alongside photos for any listing. Vehicles with videos consistently see more buyer interest and faster conversions.

Buyers send you a message, book a test drive or ask for a trade-in valuation, and every enquiry lands in your lead inbox in real time. Your phone number and email are never shown publicly: when a buyer taps Call or WhatsApp, their enquiry reaches you first, and they see your number only when your plan covered that lead.

Yes. Every Garisea listing is SEO-optimized so buyers searching on Google can discover your vehicles directly, even before they reach the marketplace.

Ads are measured in impressions: your plan's monthly allowance is used first, then ad packs, whose views never expire. You can also reserve a placement, such as a takeover, for up to 28 days, paid once in impressions. Boosts lift a listing in search for 3 to 30 days and flash deals run a time-limited price for 1 to 7 days; both are paid in day credits from your plan or from packs, never per click.

Every dealer gets the in-app help centre and support tickets, answered Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm EAT, within 1 business day. Professional and above add priority support, and Enterprise and Distributor get a dedicated account manager.
